How is the training adapted to our company and target audience?
Each audience is different, each company has its own way of working and identity.
As a first step, therefore, in one or more preparatory meetings we examine the specific needs and expectations of your sales people and management.
In addition – if necessary – we spend the day with one or more sales associates.
We then adapt the training so that it meets these requirements perfectly.
Are the courses interactive?
Yes. Every training is interactive anyway. You can also think of the training as a sales workshop around a specific theme. In other words, participants actively participate.
In our training courses we not only bridge the gap between science and sales. Through interaction with the participants, we also translate this into things that the participants can immediately apply in their daily sales job.
What does evidence-based training mean?
In short, evidence-based training is not based on gut feeling or black magic, but rather on things with a proven track record.
In sales training, this mainly involves 1) scientific research, (2) market research and (3) objective results.

Are the courses eligible for a subsidy?
Yes. As a Flemish SME, you can receive up to 30% financial support for this training (and all other BDDB training courses) if certain conditions are met.

Are the courses theoretical or academic?
No, definitely not. On the contrary. Each course is scientifically substantiated, but at the same time fully focused on the daily practice of sales.
In each training course, participants are presented with realistic, job-related principles, techniques and examples.
Do participants need to prepare?
No, participants do not have to prepare. We do require energy and interaction from the participants during the training.
How many participants can participate per training?
Each training course should contain between 6 and 12 participants.
The number of participants is in any case one of the things we discuss during the preparation of the training courses.
Does the order of the courses matter?
Yes and no. Some trainings are linked to others. In that sense, the order does matter.
We will discuss the specific order of the workshops during the preparation.
Can we order tailor-made trainings?
Training on a specific (not mentioned) theme is certainly possible, but this of course depends on the extent to which a scientific basis can be found for it. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this.

Do we have to organize every training course?
Not at all. You are obviously free to decide for yourself which sales trainings are relevant. After all, a lot depends on the needs of your sales team. Adjustments to the program are made in mutual consultation, whereby we play an advisory role in what is important for your sales.
Can the training be given in multiple languages?
We do not recommend the same training in multiple languages at the same time.
However, each course can be given in Dutch, French or English.
