Approach
Trainings must produce results. We maximize the impact of our evidence-based training by working in several steps.
intake › observation on the floor › adjustment & fine-tuning › trainings › evaluation & certificates
1
Intake
Each audience is different, each company has its own way of working and identity.
As a first step, we hold one or more preparatory meetings. We discuss, among other things:
- the specific needs and expectations of your sales people and management
- your practices
- Your current (and future) product offerings
- your target audience(s)
- …
We go over the participants in the various workshops.
2
Observation on the floor
We spend – if possible – the day with one or more sales associates. After all, it happens on the floor.
This practical input is often very useful and is then taken into fine-tuning the various courses.
3
Adjustment & fine-tuning
After the preparatory meeting(s) and practical input, we customize the trainings to perfectly fit your target group(s), identity and ways of working.
4
Trainings
The various trainings are organized. The various dates and corresponding locations are set in time, always in consultation.
Every training is interactive anyway. You can also think of the training as a sales workshop around a specific theme. In other words, participants actively participate.
In the training courses we not only bridge the gap between science and sales, through interaction with the participants we also translate this into things your sales staff can apply immediately.
5
Evaluation & certificates
After the different trainings, we sit together in a wrap-up meeting to go over and evaluate the different trainings.
The various certificates are handed over.
